Real Wedding : Jocelyn + Jaden :: Pacific Northwest Elopement in Rue De Seine Gown

If you’re deciding between a traditional wedding and an elopement, Jocelyn and Jaden’s photos from their big day may convince you to elope! After changing their original plans, the two eloped to Washington where Jocelyn wore her Sia gown by Rue De Seine.

“After a stressful spring and thinking that we wouldn’t be able to get married, Jaden and I eloped to Washington from Minnesota. We flew into Seattle and stayed in La Conner, WA at the cutest little cabin right on Skagit Bay. On June 23, 2020 we took the San Juan Islands Ferry to Lopez Island where we exchanged our vows privately on the beach, just the two of us. It was absolutely dreamy and exactly what we wanted!”

Prior to our elopement, we asked our family members to write us letters for us to read on our special day. We read the letters, shed a few tears, exchanged our handwritten vows, and then shed a few more tears! Afterwards, we cheers with kombucha and danced to Big Wild in a field. We giggled through the whole day - couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our photographer, Summer Leigha, captured our love perfectly.
