TEMPORARY WEB & GRAPHIC DESIGNER // COLORADO, MINNESOTA, NORTH CAROLINA, TENNESSEE, OR TEXAS

a&bé and anna bé bridal is looking for a temporary part time web & graphic designer!  This position will approximately last 4 - 6 months.  We are looking for candidates in the following states: Colorado, Minnesota, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas.

As a part-time web & graphic designer for a&bé and anna bé bridal shops, you will be tasked with delivering the exceptional design and visual identity that contributes to our leadership in the industry. As part of a growing team, you will directly report to the Marketing Director and collaborate with the marketing team to create a compelling connection to the brides that make up our community. 

At a&bé and anna bé we believe that great design is the foundation of the bridal experience and our ability to bring our compelling story to life for a community of customers that we love.


RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director + team to execute visual communication 

  • Assist team by problem-solving design pain points

  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of industry-wide and market-specific design trends

  • Regularly attend team meetings

  • Contribute to the marketing team by bringing ideas to brainstorming sessions 

  • Communicate with Managers to fulfill stock of in-store branded products, packaging, and print materials.

  • Work with Marketing Director to create Print and Digital Brand Awareness Ads and Visual & Photo Content

  • Miscellaneous responsibilities tasked by management that is deemed necessary

  • Update and maintain scheduling platforms, squarespace and google sites

  • Organize storage of visual assets


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years work experience as a graphic designer

  • Bachelor's Degree Graphic Design or fine-art or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with design in digital and print executions – expertise in design for web, print, and product design

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience using Squarespace

  • Experience managing print production

  • Ability to manage your own time and deliver against timelines

  • Experience working in a project-based work environment (experience working with Monday.com or other project management tools a plus)

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle constructive feedback a must

  • One team, one dream mentality

  • Hours of availability: Monday - Friday

  • 20+ hours per week | Pay range is $20-25 per hour depending on experience.

  • Must be able to provide own laptop or desktop computer, and reliable internet
